Other Therapies

Fiona Friend: Creative Writing Tutor

She comes from a background of advertising and marketing but for the last 7 years has worked in the treatment field as group worker, eventually combining her twin interests of writing and addiction.

Kirsten Germann: Yoga Teacher

Yoga is about connecting to and healing both body and soul, therefore a wonderful tool in the treatment of addiction. Kirsten has been teaching yoga since 1996 and has studied extensively in India, finding that working with this ancient knowledge in the context of a modern illness is challenging and deeply rewarding as well as surprising and fun.
